  • Delivery/Set-Up and Pick-Up fees are not included with any service quotes or packages provided to you.

  • Set-Up and Pick-Up fee ranges from $65.00 - $130.00, depending on your location and the type of services to be provided to you within Tri-County servicing.

  • Bouquet delivery fee ranges from $35.00 - $65.00 depending on the location within the Tri-county.

  • Please provide us with the address at which the services will be provided so we could better assist you with quoting.

 

  • Can you guarantee outdoor work?

 

No, Although we delight in doing many outdoor jobs for our customers, we cannot guarantee outdoor work. We make every attempt to have your decor looking its best at the time it is assembled. We use only professional supplies, extra thick latex balloons and heavy-duty frames for all outdoor jobs. However, the weather does take a toll on outdoor balloons, especially the wind and heat.

 

  • Are deposits required?

 

Yes, all balloon delivery and onsite decor require a deposit. A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total invoiced amount is required at the time you book your event's date to guarantee your set-up time/date is locked in. Any remaining balance is due up to 48hrs prior to the scheduled set-up arrival time or at setup time before we leave the premises. All final payments must be in the form of a company check, PayPal, Zelle or cash Only. PERSONAL CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR FINAL PAYMENT.

  • How are payments made?

Currently, accepting payments; (In-person) Cash, Business Checks, PayPal and Zelle. We are working on other options now, to make your experience with Pretty Balloons Decor even better when it comes to making payments.

  • What if I don't see the design that I am looking for?

Simply send us an email: archesandcolumns@gmail.com or text to 561-907-8451 with your own inspirational picture that you found else where or explain briefly your specific design interest and we will do the research for you.

If you see a particular picture you like and would like to reference. After clicking on the picture, it will display Pretty Balloons Decor on top and sometime have a reference number attached at the bottom (exp.21,32, Arch10). Please include the reference number/description of the design or simply screenshot the image and send it over for to us via text, email or inquiry sheet for us to review.
